AI-powered, tech-enabled services for 3PLs
The operating layer cross-border 3PLs run on.
XecSuite gives cross-border Canada–US logistics operators configurable modules — CRM, marketing, meeting intelligence, freight analysis, operations/SOP, and an executive assistant — run by a governed agent workforce. The result is more savings, speed, and visibility without adding headcount. We are not a freight broker. We are the layer your 3PL runs on.
Software plus an agent workforce — the work gets done, not just dashboards.
Connected during implementation — through connectors where available, or governed exports and manual sources. We scope the right access for your stack and start on low-risk surfaces; nothing is assumed live out of the box.
Connected intelligence
Sources in. Governed intelligence. Executive outputs out.
Your TMS, CRM, email, spreadsheets, docs, and call notes feed one governed layer — connected or ingested as scoped during implementation — so your agents can reason across the whole operation instead of guessing from one app.
The problem
Smart tools. Noisy decisions.
Every tool has AI now — and each one is confident. The trouble is they each see one slice of the operation.
“Push every lead — the pipeline looks hot.”
“Margins are thin on the cross-border lanes.”
“We are at capacity and dwell is climbing.”
“FX and customs are eating the quarter.”
Every logistics tool is getting AI. The risk is not using AI — it is letting each tool get smarter while your team still reconciles freight, customs, CRM, email, and spreadsheets by hand.
The solution
One layer for whole-operation decisions.
Connect the tools, build company memory, ask the Council, and act on the highest-ROI next move.
Connect
Connect or ingest the systems your operation already runs — TMS, CRM, email, spreadsheets, docs, and call notes — scoped during implementation.
Model
Build tenant-private company memory of your lanes, customers, rates, and SOPs, with hybrid model routing: private models for routine work, frontier models for high-stakes reasoning.
Organize
Stand up the agent workforce — sales, marketing, freight, operations, and an executive assistant — wired into your systems.
Decide
Use the Council to turn agent discussion into an evidence-backed recommendation on the lane, customer, or campaign in front of you.
Measure
Approve, implement behind human gates, and track the savings, speed, and visibility over time.
The Council workflow
A decision question goes in. A recommendation report comes out.
Role-specific agents discuss the question like an executive team, challenge the tradeoffs, and produce a recommendation leadership can approve, defer, or measure.
Approve the pilot with guardrails
Five specialist agents converge on one evidence-backed decision packet.
Modules
The modules your operation runs on.
A core platform — company memory, agents, and governance — with switch-on modules. Every module is wired into your agents to read, act, and write changes back through approval gates.
CRM
Your pipeline, accounts, and cross-border customers in one governed view — enriched, kept clean, and acted on by your agents.
- Lead enrichment and dedupe against your CRM
- Account history and lane context in company memory
- Agent-drafted follow-up behind approval gates
Marketing
Agent-run lead-gen and campaigns: list-building, validation against your CRM, and outreach that actually ships — attributed back to booked freight.
- List extraction, validation, and dedupe
- Campaigns built and enrolled with human approval
- Attribution from outreach to booked revenue
Meeting Intelligence
Sales and ops calls captured, summarized, and turned into next actions inside the systems you already run.
- Call notes and summaries into company memory
- Action items pushed to CRM and task lists
- Searchable history of customer commitments
Freight Analysis
Lane, margin, and cost intelligence for cross-border CA–US freight — customs, currency, and dwell surfaced before they erode margin.
- Lane and margin analysis across your data
- Customs, FX, and dwell cost flags
- Source-backed recommendations on what to re-rate
Operations / SOP
Your operating playbooks encoded so agents run the routine and flag the exceptions — every action behind a human gate.
- SOPs ingested into company memory
- Routine workflows run by agents with approvals
- Exception alerts routed to the right person
Executive Assistant
A chief-of-staff agent that briefs leadership: what changed across the operation, what matters, and what to decide next.
- Daily and weekly operating brief across systems
- Prioritized decisions with evidence attached
- Drafts and reminders prepared behind approval
What XecSuite produces
Executive outputs, not another AI chat window.
Every visual here is a sanitized sample — designed to show the shape of the output without exposing client data or implementation details.
What changed on the lanes, who is at risk, and what leadership should decide.
A concise owner-level brief with sources, confidence, missing context, and next action.
Re-rate, hold, or walk the lane — with the tradeoffs already surfaced.
Agents challenge the recommendation across margin, capacity, customer risk, and cross-border cost.
Turn ZoomInfo and your CRM into campaigns that actually ship.
Scope list-building, validation, and enrollment from governed company context — outreach behind human approval.

Get fit and scope through the formPricing
Start with proof. Grow only when results justify it.
Start with a diagnostic. Prove the value in a 90-day pilot. Then subscribe to the platform and the modules you switch on — priced on operating value and tool displacement.
Diagnostic
01A focused map of where XecSuite can create measurable value before you commit to a subscription.
- Tools, lanes, workflows, and data-access assessment
- Top ROI opportunities and first proof path
- Credit applied against your subscription if you continue
Pilot
02A 90-day proof window running the platform on your real operation.
- The platform on your real freight and customer data
- Source-backed outputs and the first modules switched on
- Cancel anytime during the pilot
Subscription
03The expected landing tier: the core platform plus the modules you switch on, priced on the value they create.
- Core platform — company memory, agents, and governance
- Switch on modules as they earn their place
- Per-org platform access; modules priced by value, seats, or outcomes when appropriate
Enterprise
04For procurement-grade governance, dedicated capacity, sovereign hosting, or specialized requirements.
- Dedicated private infrastructure where required
- Sovereign Canadian hosting, data residency, ZDR, and procurement support
- Custom governance, implementation, support, and capacity planning
Per-org platform access. We do not sell the core platform like horizontal seatware. Bring the team that needs the layer — modules are priced by the value they create, the tools they replace, or the seats they directly displace.
Modules priced to the value they create. You pay for the platform and the modules you switch on. New workflows become new modules, each priced on the value it creates.
Usage visibility without surprise math. Invoices and reviews show what ran, what changed, and what needs attention. Heavy frontier-model usage or private capacity is scoped transparently and itemized.
Wrong fit? We tell you — in both directions. If a module is not earning its place, we say so. Same if your operation has outgrown what you are running.
New workflows become new modules — each one wired into your agents to read, act, and write through approval gates, priced on the value it creates.
You own your data: company memory, evidence, embeddings, and transcripts are exportable anytime in open formats and deleted on termination. Hosted model adapters and models are XecSuite-managed infrastructure and are not transferable — they are destroyed on termination.
Why now
Every logistics tool is becoming AI-enabled. 3PLs need the layer above them.
TMS platforms, CRMs, inboxes, spreadsheets, and quoting tools are all getting smarter. Without a unified layer, each one optimizes locally while your team still reconciles cross-border freight, customs, and cash by hand.
AI inside one tool cannot see the tradeoff across freight, margin, operations, and customers.
3PLs that organize their data, agents, and approvals now will quote, decide, and act faster — with better evidence.
The advantage compounds when your company memory, lane history, and ROI tracking improve every month.
“I would love to be in the pilot program. This will help with my executive team.”
Owner-led logistics company
“I can see tremendous value in having this run our operation.”
Cross-border operator, in discovery
“A central operating layer is exactly what I need.”
Owner-led operator, in discovery
An early engagement is already seeing efficiencies and cost savings acting on XecSuite recommendations. It is one anonymized, early signal — not a published case study — and exactly the kind of measurable proof every engagement is built to produce.
Early validation = willingness to pilot + measurable ROI proof. Every engagement starts by defining what proof should look like.
Trust & control
Boardroom-grade security, without boardroom-grade confusion.
XecSuite is designed as a governed AI operating layer: tenant-private, source-aware, approval-gated, and measured against business outcomes.
Source-backed answers with citations, confidence, and freshness indicators.
Approval-gated actions: XecSuite drafts and recommends — your team decides before anything changes.
Sovereign Canadian hosting available, with connectors scoped per stack that terminate on disconnect.
Hybrid model routing: private models for routine high-volume work, frontier models for high-stakes reasoning.
Tenant-private memory stays isolated. SLM training only uses consented, anonymized, and generalized logistics patterns.
You own your data: memory, evidence, embeddings, and transcripts are exportable anytime in open formats and deleted on termination.
Hosted model adapters and models are XecSuite-managed infrastructure — not transferable, and destroyed on termination.
Tenant isolation enforced by Postgres row-level security, with clear labels for live, manual, demo, stale, or missing data.
Enterprise: dedicated private infrastructure, data residency, and ZDR agreements for IT and security review.
Founders
An operator and a builder.
XecSuite is built by a founder pair with the two halves this category needs: commercial diagnosis from real executive and customer work, and technical implementation from production enterprise systems.
Nick Grossi
Founder & OperatorOperator-builder across growth, sales, product, and client delivery. Previously exited a proprietary technology business, with a career spanning roughly $200M+ in influenced client revenue. Nick owns XecSuite’s domain expertise, the customer relationships, and the operating playbooks the agent workforce runs in each 3PL workflow.
Maksym “Max” Liutsko
CTO & ImplementationAdobe-certified developer with 12+ years building enterprise systems, now leading XecSuite’s architecture and AI orchestration. Max owns the platform that turns operating playbooks into a governed agent workforce: the agent runtime, company memory, model routing, integrations, reliability, and security/tenancy.
FAQ
The questions executives actually ask.
Are you a freight broker or 4PL?
No. We do not move freight or carry the liability — that is a different, capital-heavy business that competes with our customers. XecSuite is the software-plus-agent operating layer your 3PL runs on, not a broker.
Is XecSuite just another dashboard?
No. Dashboards show metrics; XecSuite reasons across the systems behind them and acts. Every module is wired into your agents — they read its data, recommend the next move with evidence, and write changes back through approval gates. No dead dashboards.
Does it replace our TMS, CRM, or accounting tools?
No. XecSuite sits above the tools you already run. It reads across them to build company memory and whole-operation decisions, not to replace your systems of record.
How is XecSuite different from horizontal AI assistants like Glean or Microsoft Copilot?
Those are horizontal Work AI tools — general assistants and enterprise search sold per seat across any company’s apps. XecSuite is vertical to cross-border Canada–US 3PLs and built to act, not just answer: freight- and lane-specific modules, a governed agent workforce that does the work behind approval gates, and pricing anchored to operating value rather than generic assistant seats. We route work across frontier models inside that vertical layer rather than competing as a general-purpose assistant.
How is XecSuite different from AI tools built for freight brokers, like Vooma, HappyRobot, or Drumkit?
Tools like Pallet, Vooma, HappyRobot, Drumkit, and Wisor automate important logistics workflows — quoting, carrier email, voice, dispatch, freight forwarding revenue, document parsing, or quote-to-cash. XecSuite is the operating layer across the whole 3PL: CRM, marketing, meeting intelligence, freight and lane analysis, operations/SOPs, and an executive assistant, all sharing tenant-private company memory under human approval. It is the layer those point tools would plug into, not a single-workflow agent.
Which AI models does XecSuite use?
XecSuite routes work across a hybrid model stack: private models for routine high-volume work and frontier models — GPT, Claude, Gemini, and others — for high-stakes reasoning, with human approval where decisions matter. Qualified engagements can add a private model adapter and per-company frontier API keys; Enterprise can add dedicated private infrastructure, sovereign hosting, ZDR, and procurement support where required.
What does XecSuite cost?
Entry is the $2,500 diagnostic — a fixed fee, fully credited against your subscription if you continue. The pilot runs the platform at $750/month for the first three months, cancel anytime during it. After that you subscribe to the per-org platform plus the modules you switch on, priced by value, tool displacement, seats, or outcomes when appropriate; Enterprise is quoted for dedicated capacity, sovereign hosting, or procurement-grade requirements.
Who owns the data and the models?
You own your data. Company memory, evidence, embeddings, and transcripts are exportable anytime in open formats and are deleted on termination. Hosted model adapters and models are XecSuite-managed infrastructure and are not transferable — they are destroyed on termination.
Is my data hosted in Canada?
Sovereign Canadian hosting is available for engagements that need it, with least-privilege connectors that terminate on disconnect and tenant isolation enforced by Postgres row-level security. Residency, retention, and ZDR commitments are scoped for Enterprise and the IT/security review.
Can we add our own workflows and tools?
Yes. New workflows become new modules — wired into your agents to read the data, act on it, and write changes back through approval gates. Our team builds them with you, priced on the value they create.
Do we need every connector to start?
No. The diagnostic works with the data you can share today and we start on low-risk surfaces — your own ZoomInfo, email, and exports or a sandbox — then expand to production systems once IT is looped in. Most value shows up by connecting the systems tied to freight, customers, and the first target workflow.
Is the AI autonomous?
No. XecSuite produces approval-gated drafts and recommendations — it prepares the work and the evidence; your team approves before anything outbound or irreversible happens.
How does engagement usually start?
Start with the diagnostic. Prove the value in a 90-day pilot. Then subscribe to the platform and the modules you switch on, priced on value — or move to Enterprise when governance and capacity requirements need a custom proposal.
Start the conversation
Make XecSuite the layer your 3PL runs on.
Tell us about your operation, your lanes, and your tools — and where decisions or workflows are getting stuck. We’ll follow up on fit, diagnostic scope, and the fastest path to proof.
