Are you a freight broker or 4PL?

No. We do not move freight or carry the liability — that is a different, capital-heavy business that competes with our customers. XecSuite is the software-plus-agent operating layer your 3PL runs on, not a broker.

Is XecSuite just another dashboard?

No. Dashboards show metrics; XecSuite reasons across the systems behind them and acts. Every module is wired into your agents — they read its data, recommend the next move with evidence, and write changes back through approval gates. No dead dashboards.

Does it replace our TMS, CRM, or accounting tools?

No. XecSuite sits above the tools you already run. It reads across them to build company memory and whole-operation decisions, not to replace your systems of record.

Which AI models does XecSuite use?

XecSuite routes work across a hybrid model stack: private models for routine high-volume work and frontier models — GPT, Claude, Gemini, and others — for high-stakes reasoning, with human approval where decisions matter. Qualified engagements can add a private model adapter and per-company frontier API keys; Enterprise can add dedicated private infrastructure, sovereign hosting, ZDR, and procurement support where required.

What does XecSuite cost?

Entry is the $2,500 diagnostic — a fixed fee, fully credited against your subscription if you continue. The pilot runs the platform at $750/month for the first three months, cancel anytime during it. After that you subscribe to the platform plus the modules you switch on, priced on value rather than seats; Enterprise is quoted for dedicated capacity, sovereign hosting, or procurement-grade requirements. No per-seat fees, ever.

Who owns the data and the models?

You own your data. Company memory, evidence, embeddings, and transcripts are exportable anytime in open formats and are deleted on termination. Hosted model adapters and models are XecSuite-managed infrastructure and are not transferable — they are destroyed on termination.

Is my data hosted in Canada?

Sovereign Canadian hosting is available for engagements that need it, with least-privilege connectors that terminate on disconnect and tenant isolation enforced by Postgres row-level security. Residency, retention, and ZDR commitments are scoped for Enterprise and the IT/security review.

Can we add our own workflows and tools?

Yes. New workflows become new modules — wired into your agents to read the data, act on it, and write changes back through approval gates. Our team builds them with you, priced on the value they create.

Do we need every connector to start?

No. The diagnostic works with the data you can share today and we start on low-risk surfaces — your own ZoomInfo, email, and exports or a sandbox — then expand to production systems once IT is looped in. Most value shows up by connecting the systems tied to freight, customers, and the first target workflow.

Is the AI autonomous?

No. XecSuite produces approval-gated drafts and recommendations — it prepares the work and the evidence; your team approves before anything outbound or irreversible happens.

How does engagement usually start?

Start with the diagnostic. Prove the value in a 90-day pilot. Then subscribe to the platform and the modules you switch on, priced on value — or move to Enterprise when governance and capacity requirements need a custom proposal.

Xec Corp (“Xec Corp,” “we,” “us”), the company behind XecSuite, is based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (xecsuite.com), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we process inside the XecSuite platform on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer’s written agreement and the commitments on our Trust Center. This policy covers the public website and our sales and marketing activity.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide so we can respond and assess fit:

Your name and work email
Company name, your role, and company size
What you want help with (your selected priority, the tools you use today, and your message)

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies — your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and the site or ad that referred you.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which campaigns lead to genuine inquiries. These tools set cookies and process data on Google’s infrastructure.

Customer data inside XecSuite

For data processed inside the XecSuite platform, control and ownership are part of the product. You own your data: company memory, evidence, embeddings, and transcripts are exportable anytime in open formats and deleted on termination.

Customer data is never used to train shared or external models, tenants are isolated at the database layer using Postgres row-level security, sovereign Canadian hosting is available, and outbound or irreversible actions are approval-gated. Full details are on our Trust Center.

Data retention

We keep website inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship and records, then delete or anonymize it. Customer platform data is retained and deleted according to the customer agreement.

Where your data is processed

Our website analytics and email providers may process data in Canada and the United States. For customer engagements that require it, platform data can be hosted on sovereign Canadian infrastructure.

Your privacy rights

Consistent with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable regulations, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing contact. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, least-privilege connectors that terminate on disconnect, tenant isolation, and human approval gates for sensitive actions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to those who need it.

Children

This website and XecSuite are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
